New Way to Look at the World

Sometimes we need to see things a little differently. We need to step away from our routine. That often means to listen beyond ourselves: listen to the world around us. There's so much to learn.

I recently asked friends at Opportunity Village what they are thankful for, and here's what they said:
"I am thankful for getting letters on e-mail. I like getting e-mail from lots of people from my friends and family on e-mail. It was nice to hear from you on e-mail!"

Being connected, whether by e-mail, letters, a phone call, or just stopping by, is really important.
It takes you away from yourself, from the way you look at things, and helps you to learn about the world.
Here's what Wolfe says in his science fiction book There Are Doors:

"There's another world, just next door, if you go through the right door."

Open a door; you'll be happily surprised what you find on the other side. It's a new way to look at the world.
